African salad

Where I come from it is called 'abacha',it is also the order of the day ,in a naming ceremony, burial, traditional marriage, if there is no 'abacha', the ceremony is not complete.
My grandmother would say that it is best prepared with the hand than the use of spoon;the secret of its awesome taste was in her hand ,not the recipe.She will always welcome her guests with 'abacha' that was her own coke and  biscuit.
You will need some palmoil,maggi and salt for taste,crayfish,onion,pepper and some garden egg.hmmmmmmm i can feel you lick your lips.It is African and i love African dishes.
