For decades researchers have gone far as telling us that less salt would lower blood pressure, some other researchers claim also that salt supplementation was unnecessary after strenuous exercise, oya which one are we going to follow.

I remember once upon a time cooking a meal for a family uncle without salt,he claimed that the doctor said he should not take salt,I don't even taste the food I just serve and he just have to eat that way.Meanwhile nutritionist advice that the less salt one consumes the higher their renin, this is a substance secreted by the kidney, then you are also going to be exposed to heart disease, the person might be found dead in the house then they conclude that spiritual forces are at work in the family.

Another hypothesis is that we should eat more salt that it helps retain water to maintain a stable concentration of sodium blood,I don't mean putting too much salt and realizing that you just spent thousands in cooking for the dogs in your house; they may even reject because 'them get sense small'.That is why you tend to drink more water when we eat salty foods.

They also say that too much salt result to hypertension and strokes and at a time less salt was just one way to reduce in weight drastically. The question is what do we go with?

Scientists with their research have been able to tilt our salt behavior to different directions and they are yet to give us a concluded term,do we say they have failed yet again?though the talk on salt have become controversial as different researchers come up with conflicting ideas.

The way out is to use a little of salt in cooking, "a little " as it sounds, while we cross our leg with a glass of zobo and watch the science give a concluding side of this issue, sensitisation is also Paramount because many people have grown up with different thoughts on salt,'abeg let them stop confusing us'.
